highwayy is an editorial catalog of scenic drives, with community ranks, field notes, and a map. It is not a navigation app, not a government source, and not a substitute for a map, a permit, or common sense.

• You need an account to save roads, vote, leave notes, or share a drive.
• Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on the account.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts to inflate ranks.
• You must be 18 or older to register.

Roads close. Permits change. Weather turns. A listing on highwayy is a recommendation from drivers, not advice that a route is open, legal, or safe today. Check the Border Roads Organisation, local authorities, and your own judgement before you go. Inner Line and Protected Area notes on a page are guidance, not a permit.

You keep ownership of notes, photos, and route descriptions you submit. By posting them you give highwayy a licence to host, display, and crop them in the catalog, on the map, and in share cards — worldwide, for as long as they remain on the service.

You confirm you have the right to post what you post. Stolen photographs, copied listings, and private information about other people are not allowed. Read the Guidelines.

The catalog copy, map, ranks, and design of highwayy belong to us. You may not scrape the catalog to build a competing directory, or reuse our writing and photographs as your own.

Upvotes and “I’ve driven this” are community signals. They can be wrong, old, or gamed. We may ignore, reset, or remove them when they stop being useful.

• Edit or decline a submitted drive before it reaches the public catalog.
• Remove notes, photos, or accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.
• Change, pause, or close the service.

You can ask us to delete the account. We can close an account that is abusive, fake, or a risk to the catalog. How to ask is in the Privacy page.

The site is provided as is. Distances, seasons, elevations, and road conditions can be out of date. We are not liable for a trip you take, a permit you miss, or a decision you make from a listing.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Using highwayy after that means you accept the new terms.
